Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind the quality of our gear. If your product arrives damaged, printed incorrectly, or defective, we will happily offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Lost Packages If your tracking number says "Delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted to us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
